Colonial Lifestyle Comparison

Hey guys,
In class we're learning about Colonial Times. Today we're writing a post about comparisons between our lives and life in the colonies. There are many differences. I'm lucky to be alive at the time I am because I'm receiving a good education. In those times, not many children got any formal education at all. It's also different because I'm free to believe in whatever religion I choose, or even no religion. Forced worship was common in Puritan communities. The third difference is the amount of rights I have. If I lived in Colonial times, I wouldn't be able to vote or own land. Today I have a lot more freedom and rights. I'm lucky to have been born in this modern day.
